It’s rare for me to feel so passionately about an image that the urge to dedicate an entire blog post to it is insuppressible. But while researching Eames chairs this evening- an evening in which I just so happen to be a machine of productivity- I came across this absolute treat from New York Times magazine.
Can we just discuss for a moment how ridiculously sumptuous the colour palette of these seated beauties is? I would never have anticipated emerald green, black, mustard, teal, pink and pale green to look so utterly gawwwwjus together. Especially with an ornate mirror, Egyptian-esque wardrobe and mushroom grey walls thrown into the mix.
Needed in my life? Heck, yes. (Though said Egyptian wardrobe I could probably do without.)
And that parquet flooring. Diggin’ that too.
